I love to dig into customer problems and solve them with marketing, sales and culture. Culture gets results.

I’ve created successful GTM strategies and owned $200M+ P&Ls across Global Fortune 100, Private Equity and VC backed companies primarily in the $467B life sciences industry.

I’m also a board member and advisor providing go to market expertise that drives focus and higher IRR for companies.

Leading two successful exits, one with a 35% IRR, 2.3x ROIC and 15x EBITDA, I know what it takes to scale commercial organizations. My focus is bringing together sales and marketing teams to create enterprise value through best in class customer experience and purpose driven brands.

Once a Husker, always a Husker. I hold a BA in Journalism and Mass Communications from the University of Nebraska, am a Seth Godin altMBA graduate and have a Masters from working for Fortune 100 companies. My free time is spent unapologetically living in Bend, Oregon enjoying the outdoors with my husband, two teenage daughters and white lab on feet, bikes, skis and water devices.
